In my role as SharePoint Administrator, I am responsible for the development
and maintenance of SharePoint Sites and Microsoft Teams across the company
and the three councils we support. When I started at PSPS, all four organisations
were using SharePoint 2010 however I have led on the migration of data to
SharePoint Online. I have also developed an intranet for PSPS and another for
the council partnership using SharePoint, which have both received positive
feedback. As well as working with SharePoint, I assist with other projects within the Microsoft 365 Suite, such as creating automations with PowerAutomate and managing mobile devices with Intune. |

Assistant ICT Installer
After completing work experience with Ark and volunteering in school holidays, I was employed as Assistant ICT Installer to help with jobs such as, installing projectors, panels, speakers, cabling and wireless systems. This work continued in school holidays when I changed roles. ICT Assistant In this role I supported the team of engineers with maintaining the software for each of their schools. I rolled out the latest anti-virus software to all schools, assisted with the transition from one internet filtering service to another for over 160 schools and more. I also helped with server migrations. ICT Technician Once I finished my studies at college, I started with Ark full time and supported my own timetable of schools. General work included working with staff to assist them with ICT issues, managing entire school networks, deploying new software, and ensuring systems work as efficiently as possible. |

I am a hardworking, efficient, and dedicated individual who can work effectively
either as a member of a team or on my own. I am punctual, committed, and
reliable.
I have worked in IT for 11 years, mainly within educational settings, but most
recently withing local government. In this time, I have gained a wide range of
experience in many aspects of IT. I believe my technical abilities are high and I
always set myself high standards for my work. I have worked as an IT Technician
for many years but now specialise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and believe I
am a quick learner that can turn my hand to anything.
I am very enthusiastic about technology and aim to help others to improve their
use of technology to enhance their work and life. Website design and
development is a strong interest of mine and I have run a website business with a
friend since 2015.
I thrive in an environment with challenges. I love working on projects and take
every opportunity I can to further my knowledge and improve my skills.
Despite being diagnosed with level 1 autism, I am an excellent communicator and
understand the importance of communicating effectively and in a way other
people understand.
I am a Pilot Officer with 1406 (Spalding) RAF Air Cadets Sqadron. I am the Training Officer and assist with the running of regular parades and extra activities for the squadron.
Another hobby is bell-ringing and I ring for Spalding Parish church. I attend practice evenings each week and ring for special events, such as weddings, remembrance services and Christmas services.
I am a drummer and like to play for fun. I am also starting a marching drum corp with the Air Cadets.
I am part of an amateur dramatics groups where I help out with tech, staging and music.
